The All-America City awards banquet in Tampa, Fla., concludes at 8 p.m. today, Friday, June 19. The 10 winning cities will be announced during an awards banquet honoring the 29 competing cities.

Cities are judged on the merits of featured local collaboration projects, a 10-minute presentation and a question-and-answer segment.
