The submission of a license application and the appropriate fee does not constitute approval of that application. When approved, the license will be mailed to your address on the application.

If your application for a license is denied for any reason, a notice of denial will be mailed to you. You must request a refund of the fees paid within 3 working days of receiving the notice of denial to have your monies refunded to you.

	Bondsman Any person, firm or corporation, other than a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Kansas by the State Insurance Commissioner, that will within one calendar year execute three or more bonds. 	Business Termination/Stock Liquidation Sale Any person who advertises, conducts, or carries on in the city any sale of goods, wares, or merchandise at retail that is represented as a business termination or stock liquidation sale.
