The submission of a license application and the appropriate fee does not constitute approval of that application. When approved, the license will be mailed to your address on the application.

If your application for a license is denied for any reason, a notice of denial will be mailed to you. You must request a refund of the fees paid within 3 working days of receiving the notice of denial to have your monies refunded to you.

The public is invited to view, be entertained, scared or amused by stimulated creations of sound, theatrical displays or distractions, or sight and feeling of a ghoulish, ghostly, spectral, imaginary and haunting nature in the spirit of and celebration of the holiday known as Halloween.

Any person responsible for and involved with helicopters, helistops, and heliports in the city.
