The submission of a license application and the appropriate fee does not constitute approval of that application. When approved, the license will be mailed to your address on the application.

If your application for a license is denied for any reason, a notice of denial will be mailed to you. You must request a refund of the fees paid within 3 working days of receiving the notice of denial to have your monies refunded to you.

	Minor Street Privilege Any authorized or permitted private right in, on, under, or over public streets, alleys or ways, separate and distinct from the general public use of streets, alleys, and ways. 	Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles Camp – Camp means a recreational vehicle campground. Manufactured Home – Manufactured home means a structure that is subject to the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. S4501, et seq that is designed to be used as a dwelling when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems contained therein. Mobile Home – Mobile home means a movable detached single-family dwelling unit manufactured prior to 1976 and is not subject to the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. S4501, et seq. Such units shall provide all of the accommodations necessary to be a dwelling unit and shall be connected to the utilities in conformance with all of the applicable regulations.
