The submission of a license application and the appropriate fee does not constitute approval of that application. When approved, the license will be mailed to your address on the application.
If your application for a license is denied for any reason, a notice of denial will be mailed to you. You must request a refund of the fees paid within 3 working days of receiving the notice of denial to have your monies refunded to you.

Miscellaneous Sale, Garage Sale, Etc. A miscellaneous sale is any garage, basement, yard, rummage, or other similar sale of 6 or more items that were originally purchased by the applicant for his/her use or consumption.

Minor Street Privilege Any authorized or permitted private right in, on, under, or over public streets, alleys or ways, separate and distinct from the general public use of streets, alleys, and ways. This shall not apply to the shorttime use of public space in connection with building construction regulated by the building code as set out in Title 18 of this Code, nor shall it apply to a public utility operating under a franchise granted by the City.

Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles
Camp – Camp means a recreational vehicle campground.
Manufactured Home – Manufactured home means a structure that is subject to the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. S4501, et seq that is designed to be used as a dwelling when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems contained therein.
Mobile Home – Mobile home means a movable detached single-family dwelling unit manufactured prior to 1976 and is not subject to the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. S4501, et seq. Such units shall provide all of the accommodations necessary to be a dwelling unit and shall be connected to the utilities in conformance with all of the applicable regulations.
Recreational Vehicle – Recreational vehicle means a unit designed as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or travel use; units may have their own power, or be designed to be drawn or mounted on an automotive vehicle. (Includes: motor homes, travel trailers, truck campers, camping trailers, converted buses, house boats or other similar units).

Money Transportation Any person engaged in the business of the transportation of money or securities for hire within the Wichita city limits.
