The submission of a license application and the appropriate fee does not constitute approval of that application. When approved, the license will be mailed to your address on the application.

If your application for a license is denied for any reason, a notice of denial will be mailed to you. You must request a refund of the fees paid within 3 working days of receiving the notice of denial to have your monies refunded to you.

	Precious Metal Dealer Any person engaged in the business of purchasing used precious metal for the purpose of re-selling such metal in any form. 	Private Merchant Police Any person, firm or corporation who engages in the business for hire to provide protective service for the property of others and whose duties and activities include patrolling, guarding, or watching property under contract as a protective service.
