The submission of a license application and the appropriate fee does not constitute approval of that application. When approved, the license will be mailed to your address on the application.

If your application for a license is denied for any reason, a notice of denial will be mailed to you. You must request a refund of the fees paid within 3 working days of receiving the notice of denial to have your monies refunded to you.

	Farmer's Market A Farmer's Market is an outdoor place or market area with a formalized location where more than one Kansas farmer or grower gathers to sell agricultural products they have grown or raised. Other activities and other sellers may be accommodated at the market, but the sale of agricultural products shall be the focal point of the market activity. 	Food Establishment Food Establishment means any establishment or section thereof where food or food products are offered to the consumer and intended for off-premises consumption and operated for seven or more days during a calendar year. The term includes delicatessens that offer prepared food in bulk quantities only and areas of food service establishments operated as “grocery” or “convenience grocery” stores.
