Dear, Hadley Middle School students and parents
My name is Officer Manuel and I’m the SRO at Hadley Middle School. I have been a member of the Wichita Police Department four years. I have a Criminal Justice Degree from Friends University, and thirteen years plus experience working with the youth of Wichita. Being an ex-student (Hadley Class of 1986) I take great pride in coming home.
