Current Expansion Project
A brief questionnaire required for analysis of your firm's proposed expansion project. The form is used by City staff for analysis of your expansion expenditures, expansion dimensions, jobs created and other relevant expansion data.
Tax Exemption Calculation Tables
A series of tables designed to calculate requested real and personal property tax abatement. A percent eligibility is determined by applying job creation, capital investment, percentage of product export (out of Kansas), and project location to the tables.
Firm Data Sheet
This form must be completed and submitted to the Wichita State University Center for Economic Development and Business Research (see "Introductory Information") for contact information.
Board of Tax Appeals Exemption EDX
The BOTA application must be completed and submitted, with attachments, in duplicate, to the Sedgwick County Appraiser's Office - Attention Mr. Mark Clark. Send one copy of the BOTA application, with attachments, to the City's Economic Development Office - Attention Ms. Lisa Jones.
