Located at Lexington and Edgemoor, Station Nine is the headquarters station of Battalion 9, which encompasses stations 5, 9, 11, 14, 15, and 18. It has a complement of one engine, one 100' aerial platform, one squad and Battalion Chief #9. This station was also the first combined fire station/ police substation in the City. Built in 1988, it currently has 21 personnel assigned over three shifts.
