Is your home ready for a fresh coat of paint? Homeowners can choose the color of paint from a wide selection. The paint is available between April 1 and September 15. To qualify for the free paint:

The structure must be located within the Redevelopment Incentives Area or within the Local Investment Areas.

Eligible household income must not exceed eighty percent (80%) of median income for the applicable family size.

The structure must be for residential use.

The owner must apply the paint to the structure within six months of receiving the paint.

A qualified owner may receive paint for four structures during a funding year.
