The property must be designated and listed as a landmark by the local, state, or national historic register, or be a contributing structure in a residential district or be within the 1919 city limits. Call the Metropolitan Area Planning Department at 268-4421 for more information. Be sure to have the property's exact address available.

2. The loan applicant must be the owner of the property or purchasing on a valid land sale contract. Complete the Revolving Loan Program for Historic Properties & Financial Application.

3. Historic Loans can be made to private individuals and/or entities, including profit and non-profit organizations.
