Rule 23: Expungement

23.1	The annulment or expungement of municipal court convictions shall be conducted in conformance with Charter Ordinance No. 122, Section 9. Procedural information is available in the Municipal Court Clerk's Office.
23.2	Costs in expungement motions shall be $50.00 per case to be paid at the time of the filing of the motion. See Charter Ordinance No. 122, Section 9 (c).
23.3	In any case requiring the fingerprinting of the defendant following conviction, an additional cost of $10.00 shall be assessed in each case in which such fingerprints are required as permitted by K.S.A. 12-4517 (b).
