Wichita Wild Habitat Areas
Certain parks, or portions of parks, with naturally occurring plant and animal life have been designated as Wichita Wild Habitat Areas. The Habitat areas are open to visitors any time the park is open and are marked by special signs. These areas include: Cessna West Park Chisholm Creek Park Cottonwood Park Grove Park Hellers Park Mead Island The Meadows Oak Park Pawnee Prairie Park Sim Park South Lakes Park Swanson Park
