Use of portable bleachers at a sporting event.

The Park and Recreation Department has acquired a set of portable bleachers which we are offering for rental.
They are available for rent at a cost of $200 per day, in addition to a $250 security deposit. The rental price includes setup and teardown by Park and Recreation staff.
The unit dimensions are:
- 35' long
- 8' 7" wide folded up and double this when set up and extended
- 10' 6" high
- seats 180
This seating can be used for all types of sporting events as well as other spectator activities.

Facilities are closed for rentals on the following holidays:
- Christmas Eve - December 24
- Christmas Day - December 25
- New Year's Eve - December 31
- New Year's Day - January 1
- Labor Day - September 7
- Memorial Day - May 25
- Thanksgiving - November 26 and 27

To rent the bleachers, please fill out the Portable Bleachers Application below and submit to the Department of Park and Recreation at (316) 219-6369 (FAX) or e-mail to SWilliams@wichita.gov . You may mail your application with credit card payment to 1245 S. McLean Blvd, 67213, Attn: Special Events or with check or money order mail to 455 N. Main, 11th Floor, City Hall, 67202, Attn: Special Events.
