General Information

A portion of this park was acquired in 1962 and approximately 19 acres is the former site of the Westlink Sewage Treatment Plant deeded to the Board of Park Commissioners in 1972 by the City of Wichita.

In 1993, a fishing pond was constructed with grant funds provided by the State of Kansas, Department of Wildlife & Parks under the urban lake development program.
