McAdams Free Fall Festival for the Family
Fall Fest
GoZones! After school tutoring program - A snack, tutoring/homework time and games will be available. This program is Monday thru Friday from afterschool until 6 p.m. on days when school is in regular session. Parents are required to fill out paperwork for each child entering this program.
This is a supervised day camp for children ages 6-12 to be held during the district-wide in-service days (for the Wichita Public School system) and during the Holiday Break from school. The fee is $13 per day/per person and you sign up for the days you wish to attend. Bring your lunch and beverage, but a morning and afternoon snack is provided. Dates offered are September 2, October 10 and 13, November 10 and 26-28.
Program hours are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and activities will include organized gym games, table games, pool, air hockey, foosball, crafts, movies and contests. Minimum enrollment must be met in order to offer camp, so call early and get your spot secured today!!!

Improving Your Financial Position for 2010
This 5 week personal financial class will cover topics such as debt, income, investments, expenses, insurance and maximizing the benefits and minimizing the costs to you and your family.
You will be provided with a tool that will help you to determine where you are today and how to improve your personal situation for tomorrow. This workbook will be a useful inventory for other items like estate planning, credit counseling, tax and financial planning. Don’t let today’s economic conditions impact your personal wealth; it’s time to take control!
It’s time you manage your money instead of your money managing you!
Classes are starting Monday October 19th, 9:30 - 10:30 AM here at McAdams Community Center. Sign up today, Registration is $25.00.

Good Neighbor Nutrition Program
The Red Cross offers the Good Neighbor Nutrition Program (lunch) weekdays. You must call Red Cross at (316) 219-4020 for a reservation.

Open Gym - High School and Older
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 5:30-8 PM
Play pick up games full court.

Tuesdays, 12:30 PM
Seniors 55 and older can join the McAdams Golden Age Club.
Rooms at McAdams Recreation Center are available for rental in 4-hour periods. Visit the Recreation Centers Rental Fees for more information.
No alcohol or smoking is allowed in any park facility.
