General Information

The Riverside Parks, parcels of which were acquired in 1886, 1887, 1897, 1899 and 1917, form the nucleus of the Wichita Park system. There are three separate areas located along the Little Arkansas River near the heart of the City. Advantage has been taken of the river to provide a unique feature in this region where water is rare.
