The following is a list of memorials located at Veterans Memorial Park. John S. Stevens Veterans Memorial, 1977 Dedicated in 1977, this memorial is named after the late City Commissioner John S. Stevens and was a joint project between the City, Urban Renewal Agency and several veterans groups. Kansas Korean War Memorial Currently under construction, this project is being sponsored by the Kansas Korean War Memorial Association. Pearl Harbor Memorial U.S. Marine Corps Veterans Memorial, 1995 Dedicated in 1995, this memorial project was sponsored by the Air Capital Detachment of the U.S. Marine Corps League. U.S. Merchant Marine Veterans of World War II Memorial, 1996 Dedicated in 1996 to Merchant Marine and U.S. Navy Guards, this memorial project was sponsored by the Merchant Marine Veterans. U.S. Submarine Veterans of World War II Memorial, 1984 Dedicated in 1984, this memorial project was sponsored by the U.S. Submarine Veterans of World War II, Kansas Chapter. Vietnam Veterans Memorial, 1994 Dedicated in 1994, this memorial honors Sedgwick County men killed or missing in Vietnam. The memorial project was sponsored by the Homefront Memorial Committee.
