In order to secure staff for your event, we require 10 days notice prior to the rental. To make a reservation or rental, we will need: Name Address Phone Contact Information Full Payment of Rental Rental may be made by phone with Visa or MasterCard. Cash, check, Visa or Mastercard is accepted at any Recreation Center or at City Hall, 11th floor. Full payment is required. Wichita's beautiful City Parks are the perfect place for a wedding, birthday party, reunion or community-wide public event! With over 4,500 acres of parkland within Wichita, a variety of locations are available. Some locations have seating, electrical outlets, restrooms, playground equipment, and interactive water fountains. To make a reservation for a Special Event, Portable Stage or Bleacher Rental, call Sonja at 268-4361, option 4 or in person in City Hall 455 N. Main, 11th Floor, Park and Recreation. Event setup is negotiable; however, admission may not be charged to any event held on park property.
