The City of Wichita has made on-line forms available for the public concerning needed facility maintenance, grounds maintenance and vandalism. These can be anonymous e-mails, or you may send us contact information. Thank you for helping us in keeping our City Parks and recreation facilities properly maintained! If you see any illegal activity taking place, please call 911! Graffiti on a wall. To report needed facility maintenance for any City Park and Recreation area, please fill out the Facility Maintenance Report Form. To report needed grounds maintenance for any City Park and Recreation area, please fill out the Grounds Maintenance Report Form. To report vandalism of any City Park and Recreation area or facility, please fill out the Vandalism Report Form.
