Utilizes USTA's Quick-start format.Meets Monday 5:30-6:30pm.$36.00 - 1 day/week for 4 weeks$45.00 - 5 week session Beginner (ages 8-18)Introduction to technique for students with a "look good first" philosopy. Players are grouped by ability to learn the basic tennis strokes and rules in a fun, rally atmosphere.Meets Mondays and Fridays 6:30 - 7:30pm.$72.00/session - 2 days/week for 4 weeks$90.00/session - 5 week session Intermediate (ages 8-18)Players will be divided by ability and will begin to learn basic tennis strategy. Continuation of stroke production is taught, but point play becomes a bigger aspect.Meets Wednesday and Fridays 5:30 - 6:30pm. $72.00 /session - 2 days/week for 4 weeks$90.00/session - 5 week session Advanced (ages 10-18)Approved students are grouped by ability and continue to improve strategy and serves. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm. $72.00/session - 2 days/week for 4 weeks$90.00/session - 5 week session High Performance (ages 10-18)Students must win a "challenge match" to enter this group. You can choose to do 2, 3, or 4 days per week at the class time that fits your child's ability. Check with a Riverside tennis instructor to find the right class for your child and for specific Session dates. Cost is $9/day (minimum of 2 days/week) or all 4 days for $32! *$48/week for High Performance Class. Emphasis is on stroke production and includes some point play.Sundays, 11:30-1:00pm, $13/daily Intermediate DrillThe perfect drill for players with some experience who want strategy guidance. First half of the drill is spent refining technique - second half is spent introducting doubles stretegy. Some ability to rally is required.Sundays, 1:00 - 2:30 pm, $13/daily Advanced DrillDesigned for players with playing experience, the first half of the drill focuses on stroke production while the second half is spent working on doubles strategy and patterns of play.
