Background

The Delano West Douglas Avenue Bicycle Plan is recommended as a guide for public bicycle parking in the plan area which is generally located east of Sycamore, west of McLean Boulevard, south of the former railroad corridor, north of the alley between Texas Street and Douglas Avenue, and includes the Lawrence-Dumont Stadium property.
