New Streets
The introduction of new streets into the Hilltop Neighborhood could have multiple benefits for the area. New streets could improve access to landlocked properties and limit the number of areas that are hidden from view and, as a result, public safety hazards. The street layout within the neighborhood areas is one of Hilltop’s defining characteristics; however, the limited number of streets causes a number of life-safety and access problems.
