Report these incidents to the Police De-partment and talk about the problem with neighbors.

Someone screaming or shouting for help.

Someone looking into windows and parked cars.

Unusual noises.

Property being taken out of closed businesses or houses where no one is at home.

Cars, vans, or trucks moving slowly with no apparent destination or with-out lights.

Anyone being forced into a vehicle.

A stranger walking around, sitting in a car, or stopping to talk to a child.

Abandoned cars.

Reporting Crime

Call the appropriate number, either 911 for emergencies or your local substation for non-emergencies.

Give your name and address.

Briefly describe the event – what oc-curred, when, where, and who was involved.

Describe the suspect’s sex, race, age, height, weight, hair color, and cloth-ing.

Describe the vehicle; color, make model, tag, and special features

This allows citizens to get involved in their community and become active in their neighborhood.  These organizations consist of individuals who live, work, and have a genuine concern for your neighborhood.  They address neighborhood concerns and issues along with working to visually keep up and improve the area.  Please attend a meeting to assist in making a difference.  See the meeting times below.
