Mead, Wichita KS Work: 316-462-2777                                                                                         Graffiti Central Inspections has introduced a new e-mail address for reporting grafitti.  The address is: keepwichitaclean@wichita.gov.  The phone number of 268-4481 is still active for phone reporting.   Persons reporting grafitti will need to include the location, the approximate size of the area affected, the type of surface and surface color, as well as whether the affected area is public or private property. If private property, include whether commercial or residential.              South Central Neighborhood Plan After several years of hard work and dedication, the "South Central Neighborhood Plan" was adopted last May as an amendment to the "Wichita-Sedgwick County Comprehensive Plan"! Congratulations, South Central! Now its time to put the plan into action.  Creation of a committee of neighborhood citizens and business owners to guide plan implementation was discussed in detail.
