The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit is an auxiliary unit composed of highly trained, commissioned members of the Wichita Police Department.  The Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit responds to police incidents, where explosive ordinance or devices are suspected of being present and are responsible for identification, neutralization and disposal of the threat.
