Lt. Barry Von Fange  Section Commander Email me here The Burglary Section consists of nine detectives that are supervised by Lt. Barry Von Fange. This section is responsible for the investigation of all burglaries, both residence and non-residence and all vandalisms except vandalisms to automobiles that occur in the City of Wichita. Burglary Detectives can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at 268-4141. Their officers are located at 455 N.
