Do they have the document?    What company/bank issued the document    Who was document issued to    What name was used to endorse    What is the document number    What is the amount of the document    What is the account number    Did you contact the owner    Is the suspect known to the owner    Are the checks: Lost/Stolen/Computer Generated Was the suspect alone?    If not, get a description
