Kenneth Landwehr Section Commander Email me here   The Homicide Section has one Lieutenant who supervises eight detectives which are responsible for the investigation of all death cases, excluding traffic fatalities. Homicide detectives also investigate missing persons, bomb reports, and disorderly conduct complaints. Homicide detectives are located on the 6th floor of the City Building and can be contacted, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at (316) 268-4181, or via email address above.
