Lt. Stanley Cutcliff Section Commander Email me here   The Robbery Section consists of five Detectives that are supervised by Lt. Stanley Cutcliff. The section is responsible for the investigation of all robberies, larceny from persons and simple assaults involving juveniles, occurring in the City of Wichita. Robbery Detectives can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at 268-4177, and are located at 455 N. Main, Wichita, KS 67202.
