Darras Delamaide Email me The Warrant Section has one Lieutenant who supervises three officers, 2 full time clerks, and 4 part time clerks.  The Warrant Section works with Muncipal Court and other local, state, and federal agencies to ensure that court documents are served in a timely manner.  The Warrant Office is located on the 5th floor of the City Building and can be contacted, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at (316) 268-4231, or via email address above.
