Once completed return it via mail or in person to the Wichita Sedgwick County Law Enforcement Trainng Center (WSCLETC) between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. If you are unable to print the questionnaire, you may come to the WSCLETC located at 2235 W. 37th St. N. or call (316) 660-3810 and pick up a copy.
