City of Wichita/Sedgwick County - Economic Development Incentive Policy
A resolution set forth by City Council identifying the City's direction concerning economic development, and the policy, guidelines and practices of issuing its bonds.

Tax Exemption Calculation Tables
A series of tables designed to calculate requested real and personal property tax abatement. A percent eligibility is determined by applying job creation, capital investment, percentage of product export (out of Kansas), and project location to the tables.

State of Kansas Board of Tax Appeals Tax Exemption Application (BOTA)
The BOTA application must be completed and submitted, with attachments, in duplicate, to the Sedgwick County Appraiser's Office - Attention Mr. Mark Clark.

Standard Letter of Intent Conditions
