Wichita Water Utilities E-Z Pay Plan
By joining the E-Z Pay Plan, your monthly utility bill will automatically be deducted from your checking account. Not only will you enjoy the convenience of having your payment automatically deducted but you will save time - no more hassling with bills and deadlines. Checks - you eliminate the need to write a check every month. Money - you save postage costs and insure yourself against late charges. Worry - no more worrying about lost or misplaced bills, or paying while on vacation.
As an E-Z Pay customer, your monthly statement will be mailed to you at least 25 days before payment is ever deducted from your account. This will allow you plenty of time to review your utility bill. Payment will be deducted on the due date indicated on your utility statement.
Should you have a question about your bill simply call Customer Services at (316) 265-1300 at least 5 days prior to the payment due date and discuss it with us. No funds will be transferred until your question is resolved if the inquiry is received within this 5-day period.
Your Wichita Water Utilities' bill will be paid automatically from your bank account on the due date listed on the utility statement. If at any time you wish to return to your old method of paying, just call Customer Services at (316) 265-1300, and we will take you off the E-Z Pay Plan.
Interested Wichita Water Utilities customers can sign-up for the E-Z Pay Plan by completing the E-Z Pay Plan Authorization Form and mailing it with your next payment to the Wichita Water Utilities. A copy of your signed authorization form will be returned to you for your records. Be sure to keep these E-Z Pay Plan instructions for future reference.
Remember to enclose a blank check marked "void" with the authorization form.
Please note automatic deductions will not take effect for one or two billing cycles. Billing statement will show the word DRAFT in the return portion of the bill along with date of the automatic deduction. Until you receive a bill marked DRAFT, pay your bill(s) with a check and mail that check to the Wichita Water Utilities.
