1. Service Address
   This is the address where service is provided.

2. Account Number
   The account number is a combination of the Customer number and the Premise number. The Customer number stays with you when you move within our service area. The Premise number stays with the property. Together they become the account number. If you mail us your payment, please provide both the Customer and Premise numbers on your check or money order.

3. Due Date
   The date the bill is due to avoid penalty action.

4. From Service Date
   The beginning date the service is being billed from.

5. To Service Date
   The ending date the service is being billed to.

6. Prior Reading
   The meter reading that was taken on the From Service Date.

7. Current Reading
   The meter reading that was taken on the To Service Date.

8. Water Consumption Charge
   The gallons of water billed at a price per 1000 gallons. We have a three tiered rate structure based on your Average Winter Consumption. Your sewer consumption charge is also calculated based on your Average Winter Consumption.

9. Your Online Bill Pay Enrollment Token
   This is a unique letter number combination for each account. You will need this number to sign up for paperless billing. Once signed up for paperless billing, you will receive an e-mail notification each month when your bill is available for viewing. A link provided in the e-mail will take you to the secure bill presentment site to login. You will be able to view your bill in PDF format, and then link back to the City of Wichita’s secure payment site to make your payment.

10. Amount Due
    This is the amount that must be paid by the Due Date to avoid penalty action.
