What is Graffiti?

Graffiti is an act of Vandalism.

Graffiti is any unauthorized writing or drawing that is marked, scratched, drawn or painted on any building, sign, structure or other object.

Graffiti is a serious crime that impacts all members of the community.

Property owners whose property is defaced, business owners who lose customers from the negative image, neighborhoods whose citizens feel the area is not safe and taxpayers who shoulder the cost of graffiti removal are all victims of graffiti vandals.

We all must work together to defeat the graffiti vandals by reporting graffiti as soon as possible.
