This park was originally named Grove Park but was later renamed to Dr. Glen Dey Park in 2011.
One open shelter (dimensions 54' x 24' x 30') with lighting and electrical receptacles.
Two playgrounds (west and east).
West playground has sand safety surface.
East playground has rubber pour-in-place safety surface.
Two paved parking lots near football fields and one paved parking lot by East playground.

One restroom facility near the open shelter.
Two drinking fountains.
One basketball/multi-use court with no lighting located north of West playground.
Two football fields (west and east) with bleachers, scoreboards and no lighting.
The fields are available for rent.
One .25 mile paved exercise/fitness trail.
This park has been designated a Wichita Wild Habitat Area.
The initial 19.98 acres for this park were acquired in 1971 with funding by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under the "Parks-in-Cities" program. An additional 105.87 acres were acquired in 1992 with Community Development Block Grant and Capital Improvement Program funds. The park was originally named Grove Park, but was renamed to Dr. Glen Dey Park in 2011.
