The Downtown Master Plan Team has been researching, analyzing the market, listening to the community and incorporating public feedback since November.
The Master Plan will provide a blueprint for downtown development. It will utilize economic research to maximize opportunity for private sector investment and return on investment of public dollars. Research shows thriving downtowns help regions retain and recruit people and businesses.
