The neighborhood clean-up program, which began more than 25 years ago, helps residents manage several issues including how to dispose of bulky waste, clean vacant lots and alleys, and reduce the number of nuisance and illegal dumping cases. The program also builds partnerships, strengthens communities, and serves as a strong citizen engagement activity.
