1860s-1870s vintage base ball (baseball was two words until The New York Times combined them in 1884) is an exciting and educational sport that promotes the history and grandeur of America’s pastime. The teams support their local communities and promote the State of Kansas with entertainment, sport and historical knowledge.

The Fifth Annual Kansas State Vintage Base Ball Tournament is presented by the Cowtown Vintage Base Ball Club with support by Cowtown, the Go Wichita Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Kansas Vintage Base Ball Association, Southern Kansas Dutch Oven Wranglers, the Phoenix Bats and Tucker’s BBQ of Valley Center.
