Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As the City moves into Phase II of its re-opening plan and opens City Hall to the public, face to face interactions will be limited in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

We highly recommend communication by email or telephone. Only people with appointments will be seen by Housing staff. Here is a link to the contact information for the Housing & Community Services staff.

If you have documents to submit they can be emailed to or directly to your caseworker.

In addition, they can be dropped off on the first floor of City Hall but you will be required to be screened through security, adhere to social distancing requirements, and wear a protective face mask.

Alternatively, you can drop off your paperwork at any of the three Neighborhood Resource Centers listed below:

Atwater Neighborhood Resource Center
2755 E 19th St N
Wichita, KS 67214

Colvin Neighborhood Resource Center
2820 S Roosevelt

Evergreen Neighborhood Resource Center
2700 N Woodland
Wichita, KS 67204
