The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2009.  The meeting will begin at 10:00 A.M. in the 
Metropolitan Area Planning Department’s Conference Room, City Hall, 455 North Main - Tenth Floor, Wichita, 
Kansas.  

 NOTE:  Vacation legal descriptions are available for public inspection in the Metropolitan Area Planning Department. 


1.  VAC 2009-39:  City request to vacate a portion of a platted access and utility easement, generally located 
on the southwest corner of Greenwich Road and Harry Street.


2.  VAC 2009-40:  City request to vacate a portion of a platted easement, generally located east of Rock Road, 
on the southeast corner of 37th Street North and Comotara Street.


3.  SUB 2009-74:  One-Step Final Plat -- ASR MR-51 WELL SITE ADDITION, located on the southeast corner of 
125th Street North and 199th Street West.
