The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
April 16, 2009.  The meeting will begin at  1:00 p.m. in the Metropolitan Area Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, 
City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.

1.   VAC 2009-09:  Request to vacate platted street right-of-way, that portion of Bayley Street located between  
Doreen and Longfellow Streets.  (City)


2.  VAC 2009-10:  Request to vacate a platted track easement, generally located between Lydia (vacated) - 
Edwards - Pawnee - Custer Avenues.


3.  SUB 2009-22:  One-Step Final Plat -- MAIZE 54 ADDITION, located on the north side of Kellogg Drive and 
east of Maize Road.  (Deferred from 3/26/09)
