The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be 
held on Thursday, August 24, 2006, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Conference Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall,

  1.  VAC 2006-30:  Request to Vacate a Portion of a Platted Setback, generally located west of 
Hydraulic Avenue, on the southeast corner of MacArthur Road and Ellis Avenue.

  2.  VAC 2006-31:  Request to Vacate a Portion of Public Right-of-way, generally located on the south 
side of Kellogg Street and east of the Kellogg - I-35 interchange.
