The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, September 27, 2007.  The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m., in the Metropolitan Area Planning Conference 
Room - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  


1.  VAC 2007-29:  Request to vacate platted access control, generally located on the west side of Greenwich 
Road, north of K-96 highway and on the south side of 26th Street North.

		A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area 
		Planning Department - 	Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


2.  VAC 2007-30:  Request to vacate portions of platted street and alley right-of-way (County), generally located 
midway between 71st and 79th Streets South, on the west side of 87th Street West, and south and west of the 
Market and Second Streets (Bayneville) intersection.

		Planning Department - 	Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


3.   SUB 2007-74:  Final Plat -- WOODLAND NORTH ADDITION, located on the south side of 29th Street North and 
east of Hood.

4.	SUB 2007-40:   Revised Final  Plat -- THE PINES AT SAWMILL CREEK ADDITION, located east of Rock Road
