Wichita Board of Appeals of Plumbers and Gas Fitters Minutes

Present:   Don Vaughn, Sr., Terry Irwin, Jerry Short, Keith Brewer, David Breedlove and Leon Breedlove

Staff:   Dan Leidy, Sharon Dickgrafe w/ Law Department, Billie Vines w/ Water Department and Kim Mudd

Guests Present:    None

Don Vaughn, seconded by Keith Brewer, moved to accept the December minutes, motion carried 6 - 0.

Sharon Dickgrafe presented the board with the final copy of the rules and regulations.

Keith Brewer, seconded by Don Vaughn, recommend the Continuing Education Guidelines be adopted, with the acceptation of a few minor changes.  Sharon Dickgrafe would make the changes and present a new copy for the February meeting.

Terry Irwin, seconded by David Lefler, moved to adjourn the meeting, motion carried 6 - 0.

Don Vaughn, seconded by Keith Brewer, moved to reopen the meeting.

Keith Brewer, seconded by Jerry Short moved for a 10 minute executive session to discuss personnel matters, motion carried 6 - 0.  (Time 10:06)

10:15 regular meeting resumed.

David Lefler, seconded by Keith Brewer, moved to adjourn the meeting, motion carried 6 - 0.
