1.	Approve BZA meeting minutes for December 13, 2005.

2.	Case No.:		BZA2005-00085
            Request:	Variance to increase height eight feet to allow a sign 20 feet above the 
height of the rail on Kellogg for a nonconforming off-site sign on property 
zoned "CBD" Central Business District.
