The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on 
Thursday, August 9, 2007.  The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m., in the Metropolitan Area Planning Conference Room - 
Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main, Wichita, Kansas.  


1.  VAC 2007-23:  Request to vacate a portion of a platted setback, generally located midway between 21st 
Street North and 13th Street North, on the west side of 127th Street East, on the southeast corner of Castelwood 
and Tallowood Drives.

		A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area 
		Planning Department - 	Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


2.  VAC 2007-24:  Request to vacate a platted alley, generally located southeast of Edgemoor and Lincoln 
Avenues.  

		A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area 
		Planning Department - 	Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


3.  SUB 2007-64:  One-Step Final Plat - PARKSTONE ADDITION, located east of Hillside between First Street and 
Douglas.  (Deferred from 7/12/07)

4.  SUB 2006-12:  Final Plat - SEDGWICK COUNTY ARENA ADDITION, located east of Broadway and north of 
Maple Street.
