The regular meeting of the Sedgwick County Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on Tuesday,
November 7, 2006, at 3:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room, Wichita City Hall – 
10th Floor, 455 N. Main Street, Wichita, KS.

1.	Approve Sedgwick County CoBZA 2007 Calendar.
2.	Approve CoBZA meeting minutes for November 1, 2005.

3.	Case Number:		BZA 2006-70
	Request:  	County Variance to allow increased sign size from eight square 
feet to 88 square feet for a commercial/industrial sign for a sand 
pit. 
	Applicant:		Cornejo & Sons, c/o Chuck Hill
	General Location:	On 6700 South Grove (south of 63rd Street South and east of 
Grove).

        4.	Case Number:	BZA 2006-73
		Request:	County variance to increase the size of a ground sign from 96 to 
140 square feet and building signs from 32 to 189 square feet 
on property zoned GO General Office.		
		Applicant:	Insite Medical Partners Inc.
		Agent:	Judy Manka, Luminous Neon Inc.
		General Location:	South of 21st Street North approximately 1/4 mile east of
