The regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, 
May 10th, at 1:30 p.m., in the HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING ROOM - Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North 
Main, Wichita, Kansas.  


   1.  VAC 2007-13:  Request to vacate a portion of a platted setback, generally located east of Hillside Avenue, north of 
Murdock Avenue, southeast of Holyoke and Orchard Avenues.
		
		A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area Planning Department -
		Tenth Floor, City Hall, 455 North Main Street, Wichita, Kansas.


     2.  VAC 2007-14:  Request to vacate a floodway, generally located west of Webb Road, north of 29th Street North and on 
the north side of Cypress Street.

		 A complete legal description is available for public inspection at the Metropolitan Area Planning Department -

     3.  SUB 2007-26:  One-Step Final Plat -- NORTHRIDGE INDUSTRIAL SECOND ADDITION, located west of Hillside and on 
the north side of 37th Street North.  (Deferred 4/26/07)
